Who provides the program?

The Longevity Project is provided by WGF Globals. Contact max@wfit.com.au about your purchase, service or a complaint. For questions before joining, book a 15-minute call with Max.

The program

The program is a personalised online 12-week strength, nutrition and movement coaching service, designed primarily for adults aged 45 and over. The landing page describes the included assessment, targets, training, tracking setup, check-ins, adjustments and education.

After purchase, Max will contact you personally about the initial assessment and next steps. Your start arrangements, training setup and check-ins will be discussed during onboarding. If you have questions about suitability or equipment before paying, book a call with Max.

Price and payment

The price for the 12-week program is A$416, paid through Stripe. The checkout currently identifies this purchase as “WGF Online Coaching” from Warehouse Gym & Fitness. Review the total shown at checkout before confirming payment.

Review the total and payment arrangement before paying. Any continuation beyond the initial program and its fees must be explained and agreed before further charges are made.

Your participation and safety

Provide accurate assessment information, tell your coach about relevant changes to your health, follow suitable exercise guidance and communicate if you need support or adjustments. Read the Health Disclaimer. The service does not replace medical care or offer emergency support. Progress varies and particular outcomes are not guaranteed.

Cancellation, pauses and refunds

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, including if you have already started the program. Email max@wfit.com.au within that period with your name and purchase details to request cancellation and a refund.

After 14 days, contact Max to discuss cancellation or a pause. Your Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply regardless of this 14-day policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Services must meet applicable consumer guarantees. If they do not, you may be entitled to a remedy, including cancellation, a refund or compensation depending on the circumstances. Any voluntary refund policy applies in addition to those rights.

Program changes

Targets and training may be adjusted as part of personalised coaching. Material changes to the service or price will be discussed with you, and we will obtain agreement where required. Changes will not remove rights attached to a purchase already made.

Personal use and privacy

Coaching materials are provided for your own participation. Do not resell or distribute materials without permission, subject to uses allowed by law. Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy; any necessary health-information consent will be handled separately.

Questions and complaints

Contact max@wfit.com.au so we can work with you to resolve a concern. You may also seek assistance from your state or territory consumer protection agency. These terms do not prevent you exercising a statutory remedy.
